Is Target harassing you over a debt?  Is Target placing robocalls to you or sending you unsolicited text messages?  You have rights under state and federal laws!  We will aggressively enforce the law to stop this harassment.  Not only will we stop the harassment, but you may be entitled to money damages, too.  Finally, you won’t have to pay us a dime for our services.  Keep reading to learn about your rights.

Target is an American retailing company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Founded in 1902 in Minneapolis as the Dayton Dry Goods Company, the company opened its first Target store in 1962 in nearby Roseville, Minnesota.  Financial and Retail Services issues Target’s credit cards.  The credit cards are issued through Target National Bank for consumers.  Target Financial Services also oversees GiftCard balances. Target also has a Target Debit Card.  The Target Debit Card withdraws funds from the customer’s existing checking account, and allows for up to $40 “cash back.”

What happens, though, if you find yourself in financial difficulty and you cannot pay your Target credit card?  Well, you’re not alone.  If Target is contacting you to collect a debt, whether you owe it or not, Target must follow the law.  According to the Better Business, Target may have some problems with consumers while collecting debt.  The Better Business Bureau has processed over 150 billing/collection issues in the last three years.

Target has several telephone numbers it places collection calls from.  Target may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 347-224-5734, 412-225-8682, 347-244-1364, 888-684-4708, 412-315-1418, 425-686-5062, 215-275-3176, 716-361-6305, 214-212-5962, 623-313-4814, 425-877-3585, 800-659-2396, 425-492-6873, 360-550-2138, 866-938-9168, 877-552-3584, 416-800-0443, 701-625-5003, 314-635-7296, 702-705-5218, 289-428-1003, 360-322-6165, 717-910-8989, 206-496-0929, 515-661-4233, 360-461-4895, 250-352-9679, 578-121-8324, 407-476-5501, 303-249-9700, 500-620-0310, 877-218-8360, 310-357-4272, 213-289-9006, 813-445-8288, 226-499-0929, 920-560-4999, 202-870-5176, 419-910-1903, 866-869-1920, 310-362-7319, 480-982-3626, 415-217-4545, 877-202-5429, 202-505-5495, 470-207-9999, 561-972-5440, 302-394-9517, 250-999-1108, 425-406-9024, 360-474-3901, 416-233-0047, 510-720-5250, 406-948-8156, 202-234-3930, 213-215-0480, 801-823-2028, 877-481-5023, 954-278-8425, 229-848-1897, 032-787-4200, 310-496-9147, 323-303-2924, 619-306-9089, 039-092-6455, 253-382-9031, 213-289-5579, 202-629-9767, 424-219-7005, 407-218-5912, 360-461-3770, 360-633-9301, 561-692-4150, 205-321-0411, 713-981-0098, 510-943-3040, 213-215-5864, 407-702-0538, 866-352-4521, 323-303-9483, 917-460-0123, 253-236-2239, 216-521-9721, 028-216-4900, 502-526-4380, 609-318-9785, 032-035-3734, 407-476-5538, 323-786-2924, 037-626-6800, 514-447-3084, 302-394-9530, 720-452-5508, 270-392-3260, 250-453-2289, 347-480-2014, 206-910-0972, 802-552-8012, 206-910-0765, 323-346-4257, 514-400-2256, 855-411-6569, 206-496-0425, 239-217-6280, 650-240-2352, 313-749-0342, 971-220-1050, 786-358-9534, 650-296-7201, 267-515-6853, 800-610-0571, 705-995-0694, 757-298-5932, 816-416-0211, 425-210-1743, 480-685-1003, 520-205-1489, 816-332-3411, 443-963-7349, 361-596-3643, 412-953-5427, and 419-324-5394.
